Shipping Policy

Orders are processed and shipped within 3–5 business days of purchase. Estimated delivery times are as follows:

• UK and Europe: 6–10 days
• North America: 7–15 days
• Rest of the World: 1–2 weeks

Returns & Refunds

At this stage, we are not able to offer returns or exchanges. All sales are final.

International Shipping & Customs

• Import duties, taxes, and any associated fees are not included in your order total. These charges are set by your local customs authority and are the responsibility of the buyer.
• We have no way to estimate or control what these charges may be.
• If a shipment is refused at delivery, the customer is responsible for both the original shipping cost and any return courier fees.

Please be aware that some orders may experience delays due to customs clearance. These situations are outside of our control.
